FREE OPEN SOURCE MEMBERS - No support of any kind is given. You have access to the software and can continue to develop it or use it for your own sites or to build sites for others.

But since this is a FREE open source project, we can not provide ANY support for this product. Any tickets left at any of our company help desks will not be responded to with solutions. We will close the ticket stating what you see here. We do not offer support.

We do however provide several FREE resources at the site here to help you such as videos.

PAID members of the Developers Network and Community - We do not provide ANY support at our help desk for the software. We only will provide you with support for your “Purchase” in regards to access to the developers community if you have trouble creating an account. If that is you, do a Google search for “Mike Filsaime Help Desk”

Our help desk has no knowledge of the software. Those with knowledge will be in the paid developers community.

If you do have an account at the developers community, then you will find support there in the following ways.

- Peer-to-Peer: (no cost)

- Peer-to-Peer: Expert members for additional rates based on your projects you need help with or their posted rate.

- Extensive forum search from over 5 years of prior members.

- Our tech developers that made the software will also moderate the forum and help with their free time.

- If our resources allow, and you are a PAID member of the Dev community, you may higher our team for $300 per hour.  A link to purchase will be in the Developers community. There may be a back log or even no time to assist you based on our resources. If so, a refund will be given if we can not assist you. Many members will be there to assist you. Their rates may vary from free advice to $25+ for a complete job. Other members will have rates starting around $10 per hour and up.

We highly suggest you use peer-to-peer: “free” or peer-to-peer: “paid” support over our rates. It is much more affordable and may be faster. Again, we went Open Source with this project because we can no longer focus our resources on this project, thus we created and host the developers community for you to find help.

NO OTHER SUPPORT is given.

No other support is offers other than the many resources at this site.

We DO NOT provide any support to your customers. Only 1 account per person is allowed to the Developers community. If your customers want to have access they need to pay to get access to the developers community. They may not log in with your paid account if you buy one.
